​The initial part of Clapham Circle's leadership searches are spent learning about your culture, history, personnel, governance, programs, and constituency in order to find a leader that aligns with your organization. Utilizing our own executive database, networks and relationships with leaders throughout the country, candidates engage in multiple rounds of interviews with different Clapham fellows. Top-tier interviewees even take additional testing like Strengths Finder upon request.

Audits are used to acquire insights into an organization’s day-to-day operations, culture, and overall viability. Following an audit, Clapham provides leaders with a SWOT analysis, feasibility summary for areas of potential growth and improvement, recommendations concerning the health and sustainability of the organization, and benchmarks for further evaluation. This can be extremely helpful as leaders or boards engage in strategic planning.
